Building Dynamics firstly helped to negotiate an affordable consideration for dilapidations on the old unit and then provided ad hoc advice on some of the difficulties with legacy issues that we might encounter on potential properties during our search. We engaged Building Dynamics to appraise a shop/office we wanted to take on for our business. The building was a bit scruffy but perfect for our business and seemed to be a steal. We were quite a way down the contract stage but thought it wise to get a professional view on the fabric of the building.
